Streamlining the lead generation process.

Anyone in the construction industry will tell you how competitive it is. You can never call your lead fast enough because there will be 10 other contractors fighting for the same job.

Creating an attractive, easy-to-navigate, and responsive website is easy, but the real challenge for our client was, “How can we leverage our digital assets to streamline the lead generation process?”

Previously- a system of bottlenecks and human error

Previously, when a lead came in online, it sent out an email. An employee then would have to check each email and manually enter the lead into the CRM, and organize the lead by referral source before it could be pushed to the call center to actually be called. 

This lead to a lot of room for human error in data entry, missed leads and ultimately hundreds of thousands of dollars lost. 

Our solution was to completely automate the process by adding marketing automation to the website and CRM.

When a new lead was received it would automatically integrate into the CRM, along with referral source, then automatically place itself in the correct calling queue in the Call Center. This automation happened instantaneously.

This allowed employees to call new lead in as little as 5 minutes from the time it was received. reducing lead response time by 95%- with 0 data entry errors.

Content creation

Building brand value and recognition and with custom content

I filmed, edited and created custom content that built brand value and recognition with prospective clients.  

These videos showcased popular services, addressed frequently asked questions and ultimately built trust and rapport with clients before ever setting foot on property. 

This content assisted in nurturing leads. Prospective clients who watched and mentioned the videos were more likely to convert. 

Result: leads that had mentioned watching our video content online were 10x more likely to convert to a sale.
Graphic design

Attractive and modern, retaining voice and messaging of brand.

Designed with audience segment in mind to better communicate message while retaining brand personality and voice.

We noticed that our competitors had very similar looking graphics. When doing a market survey we noted many customers had a hard time differentiating from companies.

This led us to adopt a much more modern and eye-catching design that stood out from competitors.
